Another quiet day. I went to the dentist this morning to adjust my new crown. After coming back, my family and I went to SM North Mall to buy some shoes and jeans.
We planned to take the cab. But sadly, there was none available. We had to take the jeep to EDSA and then the bus.
The bus ride was interesting. It had a TV and was playing a movie. The interesting part is the bus was crowded so if you were sitting or standing past the second row, you could not see it anyway!
We arrived at SM North Mall and got off the bus. We tried to go to the pedestrian overpass but could not because all the ways to it was closed. We ended up walking on the highway to go to the overpass.
The North Mall is very big. It looks bigger than I remembered. We were able to buy a pair of jeans for me. We looked at the shoes but they did not have the size for the one I liked.
We ate at the food court. My wife and kids ordered at Sizzling Plate, while I ordered mine at Tropical Hut. The food was ok. We decided to take the taxi on our way home.
Interesting thing is the cost for the taxi is about a couple of pesos more than the fare for the jeepney and bus.
