August 15 is the Solemnity of the Assumption. It is also my father's death anniversary. 14 years ago in 1998, he died due to lung cancer.He is currently buried at the St. Peter's Church in Quezon City so we went there in the morning. It is now the Shrine of leaders. We went there to pray and we met the parish priest who used to be our assistant parish priest.
